This is one of the best books on mindset I’ve ever read. Louise lovingly explains how our health and thoughts about ourselves and others are entwined. This book will completely alter the way you perceive your thoughts and health conditions going forward. Louise’s tone is warm and wise, and I would even go as far as saying reading this book has been life-changing.

1. Trust where you are
