What exactly IS an affirmation you ask?
An affirmation is “the assertion that something is, or is true.” (Source: Macquarie Dictionary)
An affirmation can be both positive or negative, but we’re only focusing on the positive ones here, because we need all the good vibes we can get! This month I’ll be sharing some of my favourite affirmations. Here’s today’s dose of positive affirmation goodness – a lovely thought as we cruise into the weekend:
“I make time to rest and relax my body so I can begin each new day feeling restored and rejuvenated.”
