FREE TRAINING: Finding joy in mindfulness

Today, my life-changing journaling course, Joyful Journaling Journey opens for enrolments, and to celebrate, I have a very special gift for you. Over the next few days I will be sharing a FREE audio training series on JOY. I personally love audio trainings as you can listen to them on a walk, while you’re hanging washing, or on your commute.

Joy is my Word of the Month for July, and this wonderful word also appears in the title of my course, Joyful Journaling Journey for good reason – I want everything you do to be joyful!

Over the next four days I will be offering some helpful strategies about how you can incorporate more joy into your life. Here’s what I’ll be covering over the next few days:

Today we will be defining what joy is (and most importantly what it looks like for you), as well as why it matters. We will explore joy in four different areas of your life, including:

  1. Mindfulness
  2. Connection, which includes connecting with humans, animals, nature, as well as our spiritual connection.
  3. Growth through curiosity and learning and
  4. Gratitude

This training session is all about investing in yourself, so to maximise our time together, it’s really important to stay focused and avoid distractions. I recommend that you find a quiet, comfy space, mute the notifications on your phone and computer, grab your pen and workbook and let’s go!
